With a Permanent Straightening, you can tie your hair up immediately and also get it wet straight away. So going to the gym is a definite yes! With a Semi-Permanent, we recommend that you wash it the next day and once you’ve washed it, you can tie it back. Do not tie it back immediately after the treatment, we like to let it settle for a bit.

With a Permanent Straightening, you will have to remove your extensions before treatments can be done, but as soon as the treatment is done you can pop the extensions straight back in. With a Semi-Permanent treatment, you must remove the extensions before the treatment is processed. We recommend that you shampoo your hair the next day in the morning, once you have shampooed and dried your hair you can put the extensions straight back in.

Yes, our products are low-tox, formaldehyde-free and contains organic ingredients.

After our permanent treatment you can wash your straight away. With a semi permanent treatments you need to wash your hair the next morning.

All of our treatments are low-tox, formaldehyde-free and contains natural ingredients. Our treatments are extremely hydrating, softening and repairing. We infuse hydration by locking moisture and sealing it into the hair. If you have damaged hair and you’re looking for healthier hair this is the perfect treatment for repairing! This is including bleached hair. If you want healthier stronger hair, this is for you! Even if you don’t have curly hair and your hair is just frizzy from damage, this treatments work amazingly!

After both treatments, we recommend waiting 10 days before swimming in chlorinated and salt water.

You can curl and style your hair as normal . It’s just like having naturally straight hair. But so much easier for because there’s no Frizz or curl!

Our permanent treatments are permanent but they will grow out. They do not wear off the hair, so longevity will depend on everyone’s growth. But we recommend coming back on average every 6 to 12 months. For Semi-Permanent, we recommend coming back every 4 months, as they will wear off the hair.

All colours will go lighter if your hair is coloured. If your hair is virgin hair and never has been coloured, it rarely changes colour. Permanent/Semi-Permanent Colours If you have a colour all over (not bleach) you can colour your hair straight after the treatment. Hi Lift Blondes and Bleach Highlights We recommend waiting and colouring it at least two weeks after the treatment. Bleached Hair We recommend bleaching 1-2 weeks prior to the treatment. Tinted Hair If your hair has been previously tinted or coloured, please note that there may be a noticeable change in colour.

For Permanent Straightening, this will depend on the length. Shoulder length to bra length takes approximately 5 hours. If it's longer in length, allow 5 hours or more. It is difficult to provide an accurate time because if your hair is thinner it won't take as long, but if your hair is thick or extra thick it will take longer. If your hair is really curly, it will also take longer. Please make sure you have at least half the day to spare, depending on your hair qualities. We do not rush treatments as they need to be done perfectly before you leave the salon. This is a long and detailed process, and it's important to note that sometimes the client in front of you may have thicker or longer hair than what they originally booked for, which can extend appointment times. Please ensure you’re not in a rush and have plenty of time available. We’re committed to delivering nothing but the best!

Everyone scalp is sensitive while in their menstrual cycle so when they have their period their scalp could possibly be more tender so maybe they could book around that.

If this happens all you need to do is to spray your hair down with some water spray or Capello Restore Plus through the middle lengths and ends. Then dry your hair in a downward motion and your hair will be back straight and smooth. Some clients like to use a paddle brush when they blow drying just to make it dry quicker. As the brush separates the hair as you’re drying it. Sometimes we perspire in the night or have a restless night so the hair doesn’t stay as straight. This happens to people with naturally straight hair also. you do not need to use irons just your hairdryer.

Yes, drying your hair with the hairdryer after your first treatment is a must. Dry your hair in a downward motion. There won’t be any curl or fizz but if you wanted to look like it did when you were in the salon this is what you need to do. It gives it just a little bit more of a polished look. Some people can let their hair air dry but not everyone. So we don’t promise this. We’ve had clients coming for years and they can let their hair air dry. The more treatments that you have (every 6 months) the stronger your hair will be and this is when you might be able to let it dry naturally. Some clients do this some don’t. If your hair is bleached and compromised this is not recommended. You will always need to use the dryer after washing as bleached hair needs more attention.
